About us
Nutmeg Signs & Graphic Arts is a creative studio located in Avon, Connecticut. Since 1996, we’ve created a wide ranging portfolio of sign and design projects that include commercial signs, displays & exhibits, special projects, and complex comprehensive sign plans. We design, fabricate, and install interior & exterior signs, graphics, and decorative arts in private & public spaces. Our design studio creates branding, way finding systems, and technical illustrations for permit procurement and fabrication. In addition to serving the business community and local institutions throughout Connecticut, our client work can also be found in major markets such as Boston, New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Our projects have gained local and national recognition through commissions and publications. Some of our notable projects include the largest fabricated blade sign in Southern California for the Laemmle Art Theater in Glendale, California, Historically responsive signage, murals, and seasonal painted window displays throughout the state of Connecticut (2019-Current), and a large scale multi-media exhibition for Goldman Properties in Boston, MA. Our work has been featured on CT Channel 3, The Record Journal, and Sign Builders Illustrated. The expertise we have in the industry is reflected in the confidence our clients and community have in us, who trust that we will create memorable work in social and public spaces.
We are located in Avon, Connecticut and also serve New England and the Tri-State area.
